Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2021: Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is responsible for the admissions of Bihar PG medical courses. - In continuation to Adv. No. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2021/01 & 2021/02 dated 12.01.2022 and 2021/04 dated 30.01.2022, it is to inform all concerned candidates of PGMAC-2021 that the 2nd round offline counselling for admission on the vacant seats of state quota after admission on the basis of 1st round counselling held from 23.01.2022 to 29.01.2022 in the 1st year PG Medical Degree/ Diploma / DNB (Degree / Diploma) Courses in Govt. / Private Medical Colleges of Bihar State based on the Merit / Rank list of PGMAC-2021 based on NEET(PG)- 2021 will start from 28.02.2022 at IAS Bhawan, Near Patna Airport, Patna-14.
- The candidates who had been included in the 1st round counselling programme of PGMAC-2021 published vide Adv. No. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2021/03 dated 21.01.2022 and given their Willingness to participate in the 2nd round offline counselling as well as such candidates who are not included in the 1st round counselling programme of PGMAC-2021 published vide Adv. No. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2021/03 dated 21.01.2022 are also included in the counselling programme for 2nd round offline counselling hereunder for allotment of MD / MS / PGD / DNB (Degree / Diploma) courses in Govt. / Private Medical Colleges as per eligiblity criteria on the vacant seats of state quota after admission through 1st round counselling from held from 23.01.2022 to 29.01.2022.

BCECEB released the Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2021 Round 2 schedule for admission in MD/MS/PGD/ DNB courses at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in; The candidates who have registered themselves in the Bihar NEET PG Counselling Round 1 and are admitted /doesn’t get admission or they absent for any reason can give their willingness on the 2nd offline counselling by visiting the official website and clicking the link mentioned on the portal of “Willing for PGMAC -2021 Second round offline counselling” which is available from 6th February 2022 until 10th February 2022. Bihar PG Medical Eligibility Criteria 2021
Before filling out the application form, candidates must know Bihar NEET PG 2021 eligibility criteria. Bihar NEET PG Registration and Counselling Procedure 2021
A candidate can visit the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) to register for NEET PG 2021 Bihar State Counselling. Before we speak about the counselling procedure for Bihar NEET PG 2021, let us know about the latest online registration and counselling procedure of Bihar NEET PG 2021.
I. Step-One – Registration: For registering, the candidate is required to fill the information asked in Step-One of the application form, appearing on the computer screen. Candidate must enter their NEET-PG 2021 Roll No. and then click on verify button. After that, enter your Date of Birth and click OK to verify your details. IF DATA IS CONFIRMED, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile no. and email ID. After verifying your OTP, proceed for further process else, provide your correct credentials like NEET-PG 2021 Roll No. and Date of Birth. While registering, all information concerning registration will be sent on the email ID and Mobile No. given in the NEET-PG 2021 online application form. Also, the candidate will receive an SMS.
The received email and SMS will contain an “ACTIVATION CODE”, which is to be used by the candidate to activate his account. The candidate should click the “Activate Your Account” button enter the email_id, and receive an Activation code to activate their account. After that, click the “Submit” button. After activating the account, the candidate should click the “Sign In” button and enter the email Id and password to proceed further. The candidate must keep the password entered in Application Form confidential. Otherwise, BCECE Board will not be responsible for any complications. The NEET-PG-2021 Application No. provided to the candidate by
NBE will be his “user name”.
II. Step-two – (Personal Information): After successful registration and activating the account, the candidate should again “Sign in” to his account and after that complete the required entries regarding personal information on the computer screen. Then click on the “Save & Continue” button.
III. Step-Three – (Upload Photo and Signature): After entering the personal information, the candidate should upload their passport size photograph as uploaded in NEET-PG 2021 online application form and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same. After uploading the photo and signature, click on the “Save & Continue” button.
IV. Step-Four – (Educational Information): After uploading the scanned photo and signature, the candidate should enter their educational information on the computer screen and click on the “Save & Continue” button.
V. Step-Five – (Remote Experience): After entering educational information, the candidate will have to enter the details regarding work experience as Medical Officer in remote/difficult area as well as to upload their work experience certificate issued by the authorised concerned authority if the candidate claimed reservation for Medical Officer employed in remote /difficult area. For detail, please see para-5.4 of the Prospectus of the PGMAC-2021.
VI. Step – Six – (Preview your application): After entering educational information / remote experience, the candidate must verify all the information they give while verifying given information in step-2, step-3, step-4 and step-5. If any bceceboard.bihar.gov.in information is found wrong, the candidate should click the “Back to Edit” button and make the required corrections. After that, the candidate should click the “Save & Continue” button so that entered information should be updated. If a preview of the application form is found to be correct, then the candidate gives their Declaration and click the
“Confirm & Submit” button so that they should pay Examination Fee as per Step-Seven.
VII.Step – Seven (Payment of Counselling Fee): After previewing the Application Form and submitting the same, the candidate should click the “Proceed to Payment” button and complete the payment procedure according to instructions that appeared on the computer screen regarding payment of Counselling Fee. Paid Counselling Fee will not be refunded.
There are the following modes for payment of Counselling Fee.
a. Online Payment: Candidates have to pay Counselling Fee through Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking, they should select an online option from payment mode appearing on the computer screen and “Make the Payment” should be made through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking. The candidate must pay a processing charge added to the Counselling Fee for payment online.
b. Counselling Fee: The counselling fee to be paid through the above modes is Rs. 2200/- (Two Thousand Two Hundred) only for all categories, i.e. (Unreserved / SC / ST / EBC / BC / DQ) candidates.
VIII. Step – Eight (Download Part- A & Part-B): After payment of Counselling Fee up to scheduled date and time, the candidate must download Hard Copy (Part-A & and Part-B) of the online submitted Application Form and keep the same safely in his possession because it contains all information provided by the candidate and the PGMAC-ID made available by the Board for further use during counselling
