Punjab NEET Counselling Eligibility Criteria
- The admission to MBBS/BDS Courses shall be open to candidates who have qualified NEET-UG- 2021 and eligible as per Punjab Govt. notifications and subsequent amendment(s)/ corrigendum(s) and as well as Punjab Govt. Personnel Department letter dated 06.06.1996.
- Merely applying for admission to MBBS/BDS courses on the basis of NEET-UG-2021 will not entitle the Candidates eligibility. A Merit of a candidate for admission will be determined by the Admission Committee strictly as per rules and regulations laid down in the Punjab Govt. Notification(s) as published in this prospectus and all other such documents as are required with the ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM.
- Counseling/Admissions shall be conducted by the Admission Committee constituted by the Punjab Government for this purpose.
- Age: As specified in NEET-UG 2021.
Punjab MBBS counselling 2021 Fee
This section provides detailed information about Punjab NEET UG Counselling Fees for Government/Private MBBS & BDS Colleges in INR. Let’s have a look.
- Admission Application Fee of Rs. 5900 (Rs.2950 for SC candidates) including GST @18% will be deposited through online payment gateway only.
- Admission Application Fee will not be accepted in any form after due date/time in any case.
- Only those Admission Application Forms will be considered for counselling, fee for which has been deposited by due date/time.
- No request for accepting the Admission Application Forms after due date/time will be entertained.
- Mere deposition of fee will not entitle the candidate for claim of admission.
- Fee once deposited in University Account will not be refunded/adjusted in any case.
Punjab NEET UG Counselling Procedure 2021
Candidates can visit the official portal of the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, to get themselves registered for NEET 2021 Punjab State Counselling. Below we have mentioned step by step process of counselling.
Step 1: Login (Register): To participate in Punjab NEET counselling, candidates must log in through the official website. Candidates will have to enter the registration number, password, and security code to log in.
Step 2: Choice Filling: After successfully logging in, you will have to click on “Fill Choices.” Applicants will have to select a course, college name, reservation quota, and reservation category to fill-in choices.
Step 3: Payment Process: Punjab NEET counselling fee can be paid online. The registration fee for counselling of Punjab NEET 2021 is refundable.

How to Apply
- Step 1: The candidate must visit the official website.
- Step 2: Click on the “New Registration” Option.
- Step 3 (Personal Information): After the successful registration and activating account, candidates need to fill his/her personal information. Make sure all the information are correct while filling the application form.
- Step 4 (Upload Photo and Signature): After entering the personal information, the candidate should upload his / her passport size photograph of high contrast (Photo must be snapped with placard containing candidate’s name and snapping date), and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same. After uploading the photo and signature, click on the “Save & Continue” button.
- Step 5 (Educational Information): After uploading the scanned photo and signature, the candidate should enter his / her educational information on the computer screen and click on the “Save & Continue” button.
- Step 6 (Payment of Counselling Fee): After filling in all the required details, candidates need to proceed with payment of the Counselling Fee. The counselling Fee will not be refunded.
There are the following two modes for payment of Counselling Fee:
a. Payment by Bank Challan: If the candidate wants to Pay Counselling Fee through Bank Challan, he/she should select offline / NEFT Challan option from Payment mode appearing on a computer screen and download the Challan and get the print and
visiting any Bank up to scheduled last date, the Counselling Fee may be paid through NEFT mode.
b. Online Payment: If the candidate wants to pay Counselling Fee through Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking, he/she should select an online option from payment mode appearing on the computer screen and “Make the Payment.”

- Aspirants must obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in NEET 2021 entrance examination to qualify for further admission process.

The candidate who has been allotted a seat on 03.02.2021 i.e during Round-I State Counseling shall report to their provisionally allotted college upto 10.02.2022(last date of joining)
Demand Draft or Cheque is not accepted.
Mere paying the requisite amount of fee does not confer his/her right to the provisional allotment. Thus, it is mandatory to report to the concerned college. Therefore, the candidate who is interested to join the college shall only pay the tuition fee and report to the concerned provisionally allocated college.
The candidate who has already been registered and paid the registration fee need not register again for Round-II Counseling.
The candidate can pay his/her six months tuition fee through an online payment gateway only. The icon “Pay fee” is available besides the icon “Allotment Letter”.
Punjab MBBS/BDS admission 2021 will be open to students who qualify NEET.
The counselling will be conducted in the online mode for Punjab MBBS/BDS admission 2021.
The candidate who has joined/not joined/surrendered the Round-I allotted seat can participate in Round-II State Counseling. To participate in Round-II the candidate has to submit willingness and deposit the refundable security amount. Thereafter the candidate has to exercise the fresh choices/preferences of Course/College/Quota/Category for Government Medical/Dental Colleges only or both in Government and Private Medical /Dental Colleges in the State of Punjab as per their willingness.
Yes, the tuition fee will be adjusted and the candidate has to pay the partial amount of tuition fee if required or the excess amount of fee paid will be refunded within a month after the completion of the process of admission under NEET UG-2021.
