Eligibility Criteria
To participate in UP NEET UG Counselling 2026, the candidates must meet certain criteria:

| Qualify NEET UG 2026 | Secure the minimum qualifying percentile in the NEET UG 2026 examination. |
| Domicile Requirement | For 85% state quota seats, candidates must be domiciled in Uttar Pradesh Those who have completed both Class 10 and 12 from UP schools are exempted from submitting a domicile certificate. |
| Educational Qualification | Must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as subjects. |
| Age Limit | Must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2026. There is no upper age limit. |
Registration Fees 2026
The registration fee for Uttar Pradesh NEET UG Counselling is ₹2,000 (non-refundable).
Security Money
The candidates must pay security through a demand draft favouring the Director General, Medical Education & Training, UP. The Demand Draft will be payable at the nodal office in Lucknow. The security money will be returned to the candidates after completing the admission procedure to Medical College. The Security money will be paid at the time of the Document Verification. Documents Required
Candidates allotted a seat at UP NEET 2026 Counselling will be asked to report the following documents to complete the admission formalities.
- 10th Certificate.
- 12th Certificate.
- 12th Mark Sheet.
- NEET UG 2026 Admit Card.
- NEET UG 2026 Result/Scorecard.
- Category Certificate (if applicable).
- Domicile Certificate (for Uttar Pradesh candidates only).

- Pay Fees: Follow instructions on the letter and university website to pay the centralized advance tuition fee.
