NEET UG Cut off 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG 2025 cutoff marks for MBBS, BDS and other UG medical courses along with the results on the official website neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can now check the highest and lowest qualifying scores by category to assess their admission chances during counselling.

What is the NEET Cutoff?
The NEET cut-off score is the minimum number of marks required to qualify for the NEET exam. The NEET cut-off is divided into two categories: admission cut-off and qualifying cut-off. NEET admission cut-off is the last rank at which a candidate will get admission, whereas NEET qualifying is the minimum mark that a candidate must earn to pass the exam.
According to the previous year’s data, the passing marks in NEET UG cut-off were 720-162 for the general category and 161-127 for the SC/ST/OBC category. The general group had a percentile of 50, whereas the SC/ST/OBC category had a score of 40. Since NEET has replaced all other medical entrance exams, colleges will now give admission based on NEET UG scores only.
